Don't knock it if you ain't tried it.

It is hard to believe what some people will do to get high. I saw a PBS special on huffing some years ago, and was just stunned. People using a spray can have a natural aversion to the smell; they turn their head away from the jet, or hold their breath. Huffers spray their paint into a paper bag, then breath the expelled product in. The propellant gets the user high, but of course there are a lot of paint particles still suspended in it. Gradually the user's lungs' ...what are they... "alveoli"? get covered with paint, and the user can suffocate/drown while in the open air. Oh, and there is of course the brain damage.

Scary stuff.
